Ralph Branciforte

Ralph Branciforte is a Partner with the Firm.

He is a member of the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations.

Mr. Branciforte previously served as a law clerk for United States Magistrate Judge James Orenstein of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He also served as a Deputy Clerk for the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Branciforte was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2002, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Since 2020, Mr. Branciforte has been named a Metro Super Lawyer. Mr. Branciforte is also a member of the NYS Bar Association.

Mr. Branciforte concentrates his practice in the areas of general and commercial litigation and appeals.

Mr. Branciforte earned an undergraduate degree in Business Management from St. John’s University (B.S., 1993) and his law degree from Touro Law School, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (J.D., 2001).
