Samuel H. Epstein is an Associate with the Firm. Mr. Epstein concentrates his practice in real estate law and transactions, zoning and land use, and corporate law.

Prior to joining the Firm, he was as an attorney at Miskel Backman LLP in Boca Raton, Florida, where he advised clients on zoning and land use matters, conducted due diligence on development projects, and prepared legal analyses to support planning and entitlement strategies.

Samuel brings a unique dual perspective to his legal practice, holding both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. He combines his legal expertise with a deep understanding of market dynamics, having previously worked in commercial acquisitions at Anchor Capital Group in New York, where he supported deal execution and market underwriting.

Samuel also has experience working with development teams and municipal boards from his clerkship at Pritzker Law Group in Philadelphia, where he supported zoning and entitlement efforts for urban infill projects.

Samuel is admitted to the Florida Bar. His admission to the New York Bar is pending.
