First and foremost, all of us at SWC are deeply concerned about the public health and safety, and the well-being of the first responders, health care professionals and providers who are on the front lines of taking care of everyone who is affected by the Covid-19 virus. We are doing our part by working remotely, keeping our physical distance from others while still maintaining our personal closeness with friends, family and colleagues in these difficult times; and by doing all we can to support our communities and those in need.
We recognize that just as the facts and circumstances regarding the spread and impact of the virus change daily, so too, the legal issues presented by these facts and circumstances are constantly changing. Also, the governmental laws, regulations and orders designed to mitigate the impacts of the pandemic on our economy, businesses and lives change virtually every day. We are committed to following and analyzing these legal issues. The issues implicate each and every one of our practice areas. When we win this war, and we return to normalcy, hopefully sooner than later, we will be prepared to confront and deal with these legal issues.
