Partner Erika L. Conti Conducts CLE for Nassau County Bar Association

Firm Partner, Erika L. Conti, conducted a CLE in conjunction with the Nassau County Bar Association entitled “Navigating the Ins and Outs of Independent Distributorship Agreements and Transactions”. Danny D. De Voe was Guest Speaker at Long Island Labor and Employment Relations Association Meeting

On Wednesday September 18th , Partner, Danny D. De Voe, was the guest speaker at the Long Island Labor and Employment Relations Association’s quarterly meeting. Danny discussed the underlying history of New York State Labor Law 191 as well as the current split between the First and Second Departments regarding whether an employee possesses a private right of action to sue for a frequency of pay violation.

Meaghan Hassan Named to Long Island Business News Emerging Leaders under 30

Meaghan Hassan, an Associate with the Firm, was named as an Emerging Leader under 30 by Long Island Business News. Ms. Hassan will be honored at a special ceremony on Monday, August 5th, at Crest Hollow Country Club. Ms. Hassan concentrates her practice on land use and zoning, municipal, environmental and real estate law.

The Emerging Leaders under 30 Awards honor the bright and dynamic young professionals under the age of 30, who contribute to the Long island community through public service, as well as their dynamic work ethic.
